At Geometric Skateshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your setup, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused hardware and apparel. Please ensure that decks have not been gripped and wheels have not been skated to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate hardware is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment for signs of use, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
